1) Acceptance of Terms

By using our websites, portals, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.

3) Services

Mega provides waste management, treatment, recycling, consulting, and related digital tools (e.g., pickup scheduling, reporting). Specific services may be governed by additional agreements, work orders, or policies which, when accepted, become part of these Terms.

4) Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
• We may require verification information and may suspend accounts for suspected misuse.

5) User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and update it as needed.
• Ensure safe and lawful access for pickups and services at your site.
• Segregate waste according to instructions and applicable regulations.
• Do not include hazardous, medical, radioactive, or prohibited materials unless expressly covered by a separate agreement.

6) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating laws; infringing IP or privacy rights; introducing malware; reverse‑engineering; scraping without consent; interfering with security or operations; or misrepresenting affiliation with Mega.

7) Orders, Pickups & Service Terms

• Scheduling is subject to availability, site access, and safety requirements.
• We may refuse or postpone service if conditions are unsafe or non‑compliant.
• Title and risk in materials transfer as specified in the applicable service order or law.
• Reporting and certificates (where applicable) are provided based on measured and verified data.

8) Fees, Billing & Taxes

Prices, payment terms, and taxes are set out in your order, proposal, or contract. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur charges permitted by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and government charges.

9) Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, reports, and materials made available through the Services are owned by Mega or its licensors and are protected by law. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10) User Content

If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, uploads), you grant Mega a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

11) Third‑Party Services

The Services may include links to or integrations with third‑party sites or tools. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms.

12) Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mega will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Mega for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months prior to the event.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mega and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time with or without notice if you breach these Terms, create risk, or for operational/security reasons. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

16) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Courts located in Amman, Jordan will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless another dispute‑resolution mechanism is agreed in writing. Before filing, the parties will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith within 30 days after written notice.

17) Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated as appropriate. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
