Any delivery dates or lead times are estimates only unless expressly confirmed as binding in writing. We are not liable for website downtime, technical errors, data loss, security incidents outside our reasonable control, or temporary unavailability.

Mega Watt's liability for any claim connected with the website, inquiries, quotes, samples, or business communications is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim, unless a higher liability is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
